ATTORNEY: Meredith P. Cook

The chair of Wiggin & Nourie’s Employment & Benefits Group, Meredith assists corporate clients with a wide range of employment law issues. Representing employers in state and federal administrative and judicial proceedings, Meredith works to protect and defend the best interests of the corporation. Meredith also frequently works with clients to proactively address potential threats and better protect clients from legal challenges in the future. This may include the development or review of employment contracts, non-competition agreements, company policy issues, wrongful discharge claims, and more.

In addition to her employment practice, Meredith is a member of our litigation practice group, trying cases related to real estate and employment law matters. Meredith is also member of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association and American Bar Association.
