ATTORNEY: Alison S.F. Lambert
Alison Lambert is a member of the Business Group and the Real Estate, Land Use and Development Group. Alison works with businesses of all sizes and nonprofit organizations to provide legal advice regarding business formation, organization, real estate holdings, financing matters and governance issues. In her commercial law and collections practice, Alison represents creditors throughout every step of the commercial debt collections process. Alison also represents owners, contractors, developers and lenders in a variety of real estate transactions. In addition, Alison represents banks, equity investors and other lenders in the negotiation and documentation of various types of financing arrangements and secured transactions.
Alison began her legal career with a law firm in Baltimore, Maryland, where her practice focused on the representation of developers, contractors and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including multi-family housing, condominium, tax credit, affordable housing and mixed-use projects.
